As stated on the Academic Services for
Student Athletes website, the University of Central Florida makes a daily commitment
to prepare its student-athletes to meet the challenges of their academic and
athletic environment. As a part of the University's Office of Student Development
and Evaluation Services, the Office of Academic Services for Student-Athletes
works in collaboration with the Athletic Department to establish and achieve
their personal academic, NCAA Division I academic-athletic eligibility, and
career planning goals.
ASSA assists students in making a successful transition to University life by providing answers to questions as they arise, solutions for problems students might encounter, and an opportunity to meet faculty and staff at the University of Central Florida. These efforts and others culminate for the student with graduation, job placement or continued education.
